Acumatica Summit

With over 70 breakout sessions across nine separate work-streams there is plenty of opportunity to build a tailored schedule specific to your business needs. But enough about that and more about our experience at the can't miss event!
The Klear Systems team is excited to share that one of our very own, as well as one of our clients, was awarded an Acumatica MVP Award at this year's event. Acumatica MVPs are community members who have a passion for expanding their cloud ERP knowledge, sharing their expertise with others, and being at the forefront of ERP innovation. They’re the first to offer peer support and the first to provide insights on how Acumatica can continually improve their award-winning cloud ERP product and platform.
We also hosted our annual client appreciation dinner at the AAA four diamond restaurant, CUT by Wolfgang Puck. Joined by several of our favorite third-party solutions, Avalara, EBizCharge, and TrueCommerce, we enjoyed a delicious dinner at this incredible establishment.
We can't forget to mention the various opportunities for networking fun Summit has to offer. Following dinner our team was off to the Acumatica Summit Celebration Party hosted at Wynn's XS Nightclub.
AUG SoCal Meetup
Acumatica User Groups are back in full swing! These quarterly events are a great way for current and prospective clients to share knowledge and product use, network, and learn more about third-party solutions.
In 2023 Q1 our team attended the SoCal User Group Meetup at Acumatica client, Dekra-Lite Industries, in Irvine with a special appearance from Acumatica corporate members, Sanket Akerkar | CRO, and Roman Ozerskey | Director of Partner Sales. During the presentation we had Acumatica power user, Eddie, showcase how his team takes full advantage of all the cloud ERP business management software has to offer.
Attendees were also able to learn more about payment application, EBizCharge, and how they can improve payment processing within Acumatica Cloud ERP.

In-Person Lunch & Learn
Lunch & Learn's aren't anything new but with the rise of virtual events over the past 3 years we were excited to offer a long overdue, in-person event at Del Frisco's Grille at the Irvine Spectrum where attendees could view a live demo of Acumatica Cloud ERP while enjoying a delicious meal.
With several prospective Acumatica users in attendance we proudly demonstrated an overview of our company's history, as well as Acumatica's, followed by a live preview of the cloud ERP's mobile and desktop versions.

Coffee Chats Are Back and in Full Swing!
2020 and 2021 were the years when virtual events reigned and it seemed like we might never attend another in-person event. But as the years passed and we began seeing a rise in in-person events, we simultaneously saw a decline in the once popular virtual events. So what better decision to make than to bring them back?
If you're unfamiliar with our version of a coffee chat then let me explain: a coffee chat is an informal 30-minute webinar held mid-morning where members of our team discuss a particular topic of interest. Past coffee chats have included quarterly sales promotions, an introduction to an ISV (3rd party solution) that we feel would be of benefit to your organization, or even upcoming events that you or your team might find of interest, for example: Acumatica Summit or one of the User Group Meetups mentioned above.
However, as an added bonus to all of the helpful information provided attendees will also receive a Starbucks gift card to treat themselves to coffee, hence the name coffee chat. Recordings of past coffee chats are available on our YouTube channel and you can always sign up to be notified of upcoming coffee chats.

Remember how we mentioned our Acumatica MVP employee above? Well we're excited to share that she has been named Acumatica's Featured Community Member for July 2023. This recognition is based on the activity level of the community member, as well as the type of content shared within the community. Similar to the Acumatica MVP award, a featured community members activity should offer peer support, as well as provide insights on how Acumatica can continually improve their award-winning cloud ERP solution.
