We kicked off our Lunch & learn with quick intros from the terrific trio (Frank, Ashley, and Kayla) before we dove right in to an in-depth demo with Co-Founder & Senior ERP Consultant, Frank Ahn, where we discussed topics ranging from Acumatica's Distribution Edition to CRM. Frank also gave us a look into the FREE Acumatica app which offers on-the-go finance management, where C-Suite and foundational employees alike are able to quickly and easily log into any device to accomplish minute tasks, like uploading receipts, followed by Acumatica's advanced AI tech immediately populating the data into a precise and quick expense report. We also got a look into what is popularly known as the "360º Customer View Dashboard", where clients are able to essentially see a map of business functions, neatly laid out with fully customizable tabs of data and execute processes, like shipping orders and seeing live updates on projects.
Sage 100 ERP vs. Acumatica Cloud ERP:
Because Acumatica is hosted on AWS, your IT resources will be free upon migrating, driving down costs and increasing efficiency as everything is in-house, all within one solution. Another benefit is Acumatica's offer of unlimited user licenses, improving efficiency and company-wide communications, yet again, cutting down costs. Q: Is Acumatica in ADDITION to Sage 100 or REPLACING it?
A: Acumatica is a true accounting system so it would replace other systems you use in conjunction with your current solution, i.e. replacing Quickbooks, Sage 100 ERP, etc. Acumatica has its own embedded connection to UPS and USPS for ease of shipping as well, it is truly a well-rounded platform.
Q: Any cons?
A: Plus side - Acumatica is so flexible, but - this flexibility can also lead you down a rabbit hole of over-flexibility, but that's where our Project Management team at Klear Systems comes in to play - we hale control the reigns of flexibility and increase each module functionality for the most control AND breathing room for your business.
Q: Do you offer a test company where we can go in and explore the features?
A: We love the sandbox environment, but rather than having clients blindly navigating the software without prior experience, we open the floor up to on-the-spot questions and requests for specific features during our specially tailored demos.
Q: If there is a specific software our team is using, how easy is it to integrate into Acumatica?
A: Because Acumatica Cloud ERP is a true Open RESTful API, meaning it's a bi-directional connection, you can live-feed transfer data. This means it is extremely easy to integrate third-party solutions into your Acumatica instance. Additionally, there are already plenty of connections built for embedded solutions making it extremely easy to deploy and sync your data into your new system.
