The annual 🎉 acuCONNECT 2024 Virtual Conference 🎉 is HERE! In just a few days, this two-day event will kick off - expect to indulge in an event chock-full of learning and sharing all things Acumatica. Let's unpack the exciting upcoming event!!
What is acu-connect?
acu-connect is a growing community of Acumatica Cloud ERP users, experts, and partners who come together to connect, learn, and share their Acumatica experiences and expertise.
Returning for the 5th time in a row, acuCONNECT is a FREE event for Acumatica Partners and Users made possible by the many incredible sponsors available for viewing at the Virtual Expo Hall. acuCONNECT offers a TON of sessions presented by subject matter experts throughout the community (like our very own Meagan Bobb and Kayla Harter!! Keep an eye out for their session on Thursday, September 12th at 4:50pm on "Ensuring a Smooth Handoff Between Your Project Manager and CSM"!!)
Unlike most other virtual conferences, all acuCONNECT sessions are LIVE, where presenters and attendees have the chance to interact with each other in the chat throughout sessions, keeping the feeling of community and 🥁CONNECTion🥁 alive. But if you're an introvert like me, it's ok, we can sit back and listen too.
What can we expect?
Thursday the 12 will be kicked off with Keynote speaker John Case, CEO of Acumatica, who will welcome all attendees with opening remarks and showcasing the direction of Acumatica. Regardless of what your title is, the networking, learning, and growing will babundant to all.
You'll also have epic ways to win exciting PRIZES just from your attendance!
WAYS TO WIN:
It can be SO easy to win some insane prizes simply by:
- attending a session (like our session hosted by Customer Success & Sales Manager, Kayla Harter, and Project Manager, Meagan Bobb)
- just going to a booth and filling out a poll
acuCONNECT will function under a New Location - the virtual conference will no longer hosted on Hop-In, but will now be a part of RingCentral. However, fear not prior attendees, as you will be able to use the same easy-to-use left navigation bar and icons that you are used to seeing!
The virtual stage is where John Case will be addressing us prior to the start of sessions (as well as Happy Hour!!🥂🍻).
Each Session will become available 10 minutes before their scheduled start time, which means all sessions will NOT be visible during the actual live events, but do not worry, you will see each desired session when they are 10 minutes from starting.

"Speed" Networking will be an awesome experience that has been brought back from acuCONNECT 2023. Expect to see the innovative Matching feature you saw last year where you will be matched with an attendee who has clicked the same interactive button as you - upon matching, you will be able to chat with them for a max of 3 minutes (almost like speed-dating lol!).
Explore the Virtual Expo Hall - take your time here, explore the many different booths and learn about all of the different sponsors and the solutions offered. This is where you can partake in those poll questions for the chance to win prizes!! Since it's all virtual, there will be no need for comfy shoes as no miles will be covered on foot (unless of course you have a standing-desk-with-a-walking-pad setup, then get your steps in!)
You can also build out your calendar using the My Agenda function on the actual day of the event to stay organized and on top of the many different sessions and booths you desire to visit. Simply add the sessions you want to attend and view all of your activities in one concise dashboard.
