It's May. Now that the dust of tax season has settled, Spring is here and those piles of papers can no longer be ignored. Its time to declutter and one foolproof way to do so is adopting a paperless office or document management system for your Sage ERP Software like paperless office or doc-link by Altec. A quality document management solution should do the following:

  1. Electronically capture documents; 
  2. Allow access from any device;

Capturing the document is the first and most important step. Document management systems allow for a broad spectrum of methods to capture files—scan, email, fax, barcode or OCR.
