Last week in Orlando, Acumatica Cloud ERP kicked off its FY2016 in front of a packed audience of both partners and customers at the sixth annual Acumatica Summit.

Several milestones were mentioned during CEO Jon Roskill’s opening keynote but his confirmation that Acumatica Cloud ERP had once again achieved triple-digit revenue growth in 2015, was reportedly the most celebrated.

Acumatica Cloud ERP celebrated many things at The Summit:

  • 134% year-over-year growth, making them the fastest-growing Cloud ERP solution two years in a row.
  • The 2000th  customer milestone - doubling in less than 18 months.
  • 24 new Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) added to the ecosystem.
  • An additional 60 Value Added Reseller (VAR) partners joined the Acumatica ranks.

The current version of Acumatica Cloud ERP delivers a full ERP suite that includes Financials, Distribution, project accounting and CRM. The exciting news revealed at the Summit involved new features for Acumatica 5.3 which focus on performance, stability, and mobility

  1. Processing Improvements
    Speed is greatly improved on sales order creation, shipment processing and page loads.
  2. Mobile App Enhancements
    With Acumatica 5.3, the luxury of being able to enter, review and approve orders from anywhere, at any time extends to mobile CRM, mobiles sales orders, project time cards and more.
  3. Marketing Automation Integration 
    Acumatica and Hubspot have teamed up to connect outbound marketing activities with CRM lead flow and processes.
  4. New Sales Order Reporting 
    New reports allow analysis of sales and revenue by just about any role: customer, sales person, order, item class, customers class and date.
  5. Support for Amazon Aurora Remote Database Service (RDS)
    Acumatica hopes to expand the choice of DB availability for customers by supporting AWS Aurora Remote Database Service, which enables customers to benefit from the multi-zone availability of Amazon’s fastest-growing DB service.
  6. New Web Services API 
    Acumatica 5.3 is more efficient in coding: dozens of lines of code now require 1 line of code. This design enables developers to craft durable integrations with ISV products and etc services.
  7. Deeper Integration with Microsoft Exchange 
    Acumatica continues to make it possible to synchronize data and records with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 accounts.  Acumatica 5.3 offers greatly improved performance and reliability of syncing email, contacts, tasks and appointments in addition to support for synchronization of all-day events. The integration also enables tracking of email messages that contain references to cases or opportunities for inclusion in Acumatica ERP and association with corresponding entities. The powerful changes even allow users to direct hyperlinked CRM records from a smart phone.
